pm-online^(R) Limited was founded by Derek Leadbetter (Managing Director) and was born out of Derek's experiences within the building construction & service industry. His association with Bay Software Solutions Ltd over a long period of time made them the obvious choice to help turn an idea into reality.

The result takes the field of Planned Maintenance into a new era with the use of modern technology: hand held computers, bar coding and a website that stores information in the "cloud" for sucure access 24/7.
